However, in the unlikely event that there are some errors or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, here are the things that you will need to know.
- Exchange & Return policy complies with only a 15 days validity
- There will be no exchange after the validity period
- Only incorrect / defect items are eligible for an exchange
- To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused with Singapore price label intact
- Please kindly fill in the return form included in each parcel and attach with your return item(s)
- Return item(s) pick-up and redelivery by our logistics / courier partner(s)
- Any delivery charges incurred will be borned by the company, Schrammek Singapore
- Application for exchange will only be processed upon receiving the item(s)
- Exchange is subjected to approval and product availiablity
